  • child’s age
  • parent/ carer’s phone number
  • parent’s / carer’s email address
  • child’s school report
  • usage data as described in the relevant policy

This information will never be shared under any circumstances with any alternative service providers, affiliates, or other users unless we are required by law to do so.

As illustrated in the aim this policy is necessary on the basis of making it clear to the user of this service that we possess the data above and the terms on which we collect, use, and disclose said information.

Payment-related information is stored with our software provider Calendable. They have up-to-date security software in place. Payment-related information denotes includes but is not limited to:

  • Cardholders name
  • Debit/ Credit card details 
  • Bank details as appropriate
  • Billing address

The account feature is available through the use of our service. It involves registering with us and receiving account credentials. The information required is restricted to:

  • parent/ carer’s email address
  • parent/ carer’s forename and surname

This information is necessary for the purpose of creating and accessing your individual account. It will not be accessible to anyone that is not registered with our service. It is your personal responsibility to ensure the security of related passwords therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any breach in overall security due to password soundness.

We can assure you we will only ever request the absolutely necessary information needed to provide a well-rounded, functional service. 

As is the standard practice we will store information until it has served the due purpose and is no longer required which we will then delete from our systems, with the exception of billing information.

It is our duty to make sure information is up to date however this requires you to notify us of any change in personal information as and when applicable.
