The available tuition slots can be found on our website and bookings can be made through the portal; https://book.date/eqvip. Once a booking is made you will receive a confirmation via email as well as the applicable payment information. If a slot is not available, then please contact us directly at info@eqvip.co.uk. We will try our best to accommodate.  For further booking information please refer to this information.

Cancellations

Regular attendance is crucial to the progress of your child therefore we are adamant that our cancellation policy is adhered to. The following regulations relate to the cancellation and absence of your use of our service as well as the termination of our contract.

  • Cancellations are to be communicated via email at info@eqvip.co.uk
  • Cancellation of a session requires notice within a minimum of two days before the prospective lesson. We will be able to refund you 75% of the arranged charge. The remaining 25% will go towards admin costs.
  • If the parent /carer gives notice within fewer than two days we will be refunding 50% of the arranged charge. The remaining 50% will go towards admin costs and lesson preparation.
  • If no prior notice is given for an absence no refund will be made. The cost will go towards the admin fee, lesson preparation, and tutor’s time.
  • Repeated cancellations will result in a possible expulsion.
  • In the event of the tutor cancelling a session, a full refund will be made.
  • Sessions will start and end at the agreed time and therefore late arrivals cannot be granted extra time.
  • If you choose to cease the use of our service we require a 2-week notice before the arranged sessions.
